**About Order**
1. Our Cancellation Policy
A. If you need to cancel the order within 12 hours after the order is completed, please contact our customer service email in time. Your order can be cancelled free of charge.
B. If your order has been more than 12 hours and we have packed your order, we will charge a 10% packing fee.
C. If your order has been more than 24 hours and your order has been sent out, we refuse to cancel the order.

2. Can I cancel/make changes to the order I just placed?
It is only possible to make a change to your order if the order has not been processed.You must immediately contact our Customer Care team (service@ybackpacks.com) with your change request details included,this will minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.
3. I didn't receive the order confirmation.
Please leave correct email address in your order so that the order confirmation and shipping notification will be updated to your inbox.
**About Shipping**
1. What the delivery company you use?
We mainly have three Shipping Methods:
• Express Shipping: 5-10 business days (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT)-$25
• Standard Shipping: 10-25 business days (USPS)-$12
We generally ship within 24 hours, ordering shipments daily in the order.
The specific delivery time will vary depending on the product and your region.
2. How long does it to take for preparing an order?
If the item is in stock, we will ship it out within 24 hours. If not, we may need 1-4 working days to prepare for that.
3. How long does it take to deliver it to me?

4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled, the tracking number will be updated to your inbox automatically, and you can track it online by accessing the website of the relevant delivery company. Please ensure you leave correct email address so that the tracking number can be sent to you.

5.Shipping to PO Boxes, APO, FPO and DPO addresses
Due to security restrictions, the USPS is the only carrier that can deliver mail and packages to PO Boxes, APO, FPO and DPO locations. Because Ybackpacks ships exclusively with fast shipping methods, we are unable to provide shipping to these locations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
